Help me redo this bathroom

I really want to transform this cute little half bath into a cute,elegant room for my visitors. This little half bath is in the same room as my kitchen. When I first bought the house, the window sill was dark brown and the bathroom sink and mirror was light brown. I really want to put wallpaper on

A small chandelier where your fixture is would look nice. Maybe even wallpaper on one wall.

You could Do Sea Turtles that opens up a lot of Color Options Maybe add a Little Ocean look to it ???
